At Gateway Endodontics, we want your first visit to be seamless and comfortable. That’s why we’ve uploaded the patient forms to our website so that you’re able to start preparing for your experience with Gateway Endodontics.
As with every patient, we perform an evaluation before any procedure is done. This helps you feel that you’re in the best care possible and aren’t being pushed for a procedure you may not need. With our state-of-the-art technology, we’re able to evaluate and treat within the same appointment.

Dental Insurance Providers
To ensure you can receive the best care possible at the most affordable price, we are in-network with several insurance providers. If you don’t see them listed, please call us to see if we accept your insurance. While some insurance companies we are out-of-network with, we can still submit your insurance claim for you to ensure we help meet your deductible. As with any medical procedure, please take a look at your dental insurance to understand that with most procedures they only cover a portion of the cost.
